Pay once, own your website outright — built around your business, ready to launch, no strings attached.
€1,000 is a flat rate for the standard website package described below — not a starting-from price that climbs once you ask what's included, and not a countdown deal. It won't change retroactively on a website you've already agreed and paid for.
Irish Business Rate — €600
Standard price €1,000. Qualifying businesses based in Ireland receive €400 off the standard website package. Check your eligibility with our Local Business Finder on the homepage.
The discount applies to the standard website package only — hosting, domains, third-party services, additional pages and any work outside the agreed project scope remain separate and are priced as normal. Full eligibility conditions are in our Terms of Service.

What "own it" actually means
There's no upfront payment for the website itself. You review the completed website, including your 5 included revision rounds, before paying — see how payment works in our Terms of Service.
Once your website is fully paid for, you own the delivered website, subject to our Terms of Service and its intellectual-property provisions. From there, it's entirely your choice whether you use CezDesigns for hosting or any future work.
What's not included
These aren't excluded forever — they're just not part of the standard €1,000/€600 package, so they don't get bundled in by default. Where you need any of them, we scope and quote it as its own piece of work, agreed with you before it starts. See Scope of work for how this is defined.
Hosting — €15/month
Optional, ongoing hosting — separate from the website price. Whether you pay €1,000 or the €600 Irish Business Rate for the website itself, €15/month is only for hosting it with CezDesigns, and isn't included in that price unless we've explicitly agreed otherwise.

What it doesn't include
Hosting keeps your website online — it doesn't include general website development or unlimited changes. New features, redesign work or content changes are quoted separately — see Quick Fixes for small content edits, or get in touch for anything larger. It's an ongoing monthly service, not a one-off fee, and isn't offered as free or lifetime hosting.
Domain registration and renewal are separate from hosting unless specifically agreed — see Domains in our Terms of Service.
If you'd rather host your website elsewhere, that's entirely your choice — the €15/month CezDesigns hosting fee simply doesn't apply.
Small changes, small price

What counts as a Quick Fix
A Quick Fix is a minor content change. It doesn't cover new functionality, new pages, redesign work, custom development, significant content creation, database restructuring or complex admin changes — anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

A professional website, hosted and looked after for one predictable monthly price — no €1,000 upfront.
That's a minimum commitment of €600 over the first 12 months. After month 12, it continues at €50/month until you cancel. Covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Terms apply.

Try the managed website service for 30 days. If it's not right for your business, cancel within the first 30 days for a refund of eligible payments made under the plan. Separately purchased third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — for example domain registration or a third-party subscription bought specifically for you — may not be refundable where they can't reasonably be recovered.
Provided in addition to, and doesn't limit, any rights you have under applicable Irish or EU law.
What "managed" means
This is ongoing management and hosting, not unlimited development. It doesn't include unlimited revisions, new pages, redesigns, new features, ecommerce, custom functionality, copywriting, SEO campaigns or advertising management — work like this is scoped and quoted separately, the same as under the Own It package.

Need something extra?
Every website is scoped around your business. If you need additional pages, functionality, integrations or other work outside the agreed package, we'll provide a clear quote before any additional work begins.
Additional work is always quoted separately, and you approve the quote before it starts. It doesn't automatically qualify for the €400 Irish Business Discount unless we explicitly agree otherwise, and it isn't included in the standard package or managed plan unless it's specifically stated in your Client Agreement.
Revisions, bug fixes & changes
Two distinctions worth understanding before a project starts.
5 revision rounds
The €1,000/€600 website includes 5 revision rounds before final approval. A revision round means a reasonable, consolidated set of changes to the agreed design, content and functionality, submitted together — not individual requests sent one at a time throughout the build. Once the 5 included rounds are used, further revision work can continue with a €100 continuation payment, credited toward your final price — see Continuation payment in our Terms of Service.
Bug fix
Something that was supposed to work but doesn't, within your agreed scope. Fixed by CezDesigns at no extra cost — this doesn't need a continuation payment, even after your 5 revision rounds are used.
